Dr. Pan obtained his Ph.D. in Tourism Management from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign in 2003. He worked for two years as a post-doctorial associate at Cornell University before he joined the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management in College of Charleston as a faculty member and the Head of Research in the Office of Tourism Analysis. His works have been appeared in Annals of Tourism Research, Information Technology and Tourism, Information Processing and Management, Journal of American Society for Information Science and Technology, and various international conference proceedings.
